Practice Emphasis

Mr. Brenner concentrates his practice on construction and real estate disputes. He represents and counsels owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors and tenants in both litigation and alternative dispute resolution.

Education

Mr. Brenner graduated with highest honors from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Government. He then went on to graduate summa cum laude from the University of Illinois College of Law. During law school, Mr. Brenner served as an associate editor of the University of Illinois Law Review. Upon graduation, he was awarded membership into the Order of the Coif.
