Practice Emphasis

Ms. Krejci concentrates her practice on construction and real estate disputes. She represents and counsels owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors and tenants in both litigation and alternative dispute resolution.

Ms. Krejci’s practice also focuses on complex commercial litigation. Specifically, her experience includes white collar criminal litigation and internal investigations, securities litigation, antitrust litigation and products liability litigation.

Pro Bono Representation

Ms. Krejci has undertaken a wide variety of pro bono representations throughout her career. Through her pro bono cases, Ms. Krejci has conducted investigations into and defended felony charges against indigent youth in Cook County juvenile court and is currently working on post-conviction relief for an indigent man facing the death penalty in Mississippi.

Education

Ms. Krejci graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and went on to graduate from Georgetown University Law Center. While at Georgetown, Ms. Krejci participated in the Georgetown Juvenile Justice Clinic and provided direct representation to indigent youth in juvenile court.
