Practice Emphasis

Ms. Jarol concentrates her practice on real estate and construction disputes. She represents and advises owners, construction managers, contractors and subcontractors in litigation.

Ms. Jarol has also focused on complex commercial litigation, including pharmaceutical patent litigation, products liability, and contract litigation.

Pro Bono Representation

Ms. Jarol has participated in a number of pro bono representations throughout her career. She has represented indigent clients with respect to a custody dispute, a post-conviction appeal for drug related matters, and assisted in record expungement. She has received multiple awards and a grant for dedication and service to pro bono matters.

Education

Ms. Jarol graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and went on to receive her JD from DePaul University College of Law. During law school, she was an editor of the DePaul Law Review.
