Bill Toliopoulos Presents at ICSC + US Law Conference 2022

Bill Toliopoulos will be a speaker at the upcoming ICSC + US Law Conference in Orlando, Florida from October 26 – 28, 2022. Bill will be presenting along with Bryant Eaton of Alliant Insurance Services, Inc. on the legal issues relating to drafting lease insurance requirements. The seminar, You Can’t Always Get What You Want, But Did You Get What You Need?, will focus on risk allocation and transfer strategies in lease agreements and work letters, including the effective use of indemnity, defense and subrogation provisions as well as best practices for claim avoidance and management.
