Dan Brennan Contributes to Construction Symposium

On October 23, 2020, Dan Brennan shared insights regarding current economic and legal trends in the construction industry affecting contractor and subcontractor clients in a virtual panel discussion for a symposium organized by and for the construction group at Crowe, a pre-eminent accounting firm serving the construction industry. 

Panel members included:

  • Matt Gibbons of CIBC USA
  • Andrea Warning of CNA Surety
  • Tim Sznewajs of DA Davidson

Jon Zeiler of Crowe moderated the discussion. The panelists shared perspectives and strategies regarding projected 2020 revenue, project backlogs, identifying and overcoming challenges over the next 12-18 months, claims and disputes activity especially in the pandemic, acquisition activity, ownership transition and other relevant topics.
