Dan Brennan Teaches A Course At Notre Dame This Fall

This fall Dan Brennan is teaching a class to graduate students in the civil engineering department at the University of Notre Dame.  The class, entitled “Legal Issues and Risk Management in Engineering and Construction,” is a primer for engineering students on project contracting; licensing; the roles of design professionals, contractors and owners; construction bidding procedures; intellectual property issues; change orders; construction insurance; dispute resolution; and project-related risk analysis.
