Bill Toliopoulos and Ridgely Jackson are proud to be contributing authors for Wolters Kluwer’s newly released book, Construction Disputes: Representing the Contractor.

Construction Disputes: Representing the Contractor provides litigation and arbitration teams with the tools necessary to identify potential risks a contractor may encounter throughout the construction process. The book and its authors tackle sophisticated legal issues through a transparent, yet detailed, analysis allowing litigators to gain a better understanding of complex construction cases and to develop a path to successful resolutions to construction disputes.

Bill Toliopoulos and Ridgely Jackson teamed up to draft the chapter entitled Contemplating Litigation and Its Alternatives. In this chapter, Bill and Ridgely provide practice tools and tips to assist construction law practitioners in understanding the risks associated with litigation, how to value those risks, and traditional and alternative avenues practitioners may have in their pursuit of a resolution.

Construction Disputes: Representing the Contractor is available through the Wolters Kluwer website here.
