Ross Altman Co-Authors an Article for the Journal of the American College of Construction Lawyers

Ross Altman is proud to be a co-author of his article, The Ingredients of Successful U.S. Public-Private Partnerships and a Path Forward for the Renewal and Expansion of U.S. Infrastructure in the newly released Journal of the American College of Construction Lawyers, Winter 2022 edition. Ross, along with co-author Gregory W. Hummel, discusses why some P3 projects in the United States have been successful, while others have not met expectations. Given the recent passage of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, the article provides timely guidance and is part of an entire ACCL edition devoted to Public-Private Partnerships. The authors plan to follow-up with additional guidance in a subsequent edition of the Journal of the American College of Construction Lawyers.
