Bill Toliopoulos to Present at ICSC’s 2023 Law Conference

Bill Toliopoulos will once again be presenting at the annual ICSC+U.S. Law Conference on Thursday, October 26, 2023 in Phoenix, Arizona.  This year, Bill and his co-presenter, James Newland of Seyfarth Shaw LLP, will discuss the negotiation, claim avoidance and dispute resolution considerations that are increasingly being encountered in the suspension and/or termination of construction and design contracts.
