Dan Brennan Presents on Design and Construction Contracts for Notre Dame’s Fitzgerald Institute of Real Estate

On March 30, 2022, Dan Brennan served as a guest lecturer for an undergraduate class at the University of Notre Dame through the university’s Fitzgerald Institute of Real Estate.  Dan’s presentation focused on different project delivery models, common clauses found in design and construction contracts, why such clauses are important and contract clauses that are often the focus of disputes.  This is the third year Dan has presented for the institute on these topics.
