Ross Altman Presents on the Importance P3 Projects

On June 20, 2022, Ross Altman presented select topics related to an article he co-authored earlier this year (with Greg Hummel of Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner), Ingredients of a Successful P3 Project, to the P3 Committee of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers. Ross’s presentation focused on the increasing importance of Public-Private Partnerships as a way to deliver needed infrastructure projects. Ross explained how these complex transactions can be fraught with risk and have a mixed track record for success in the United States. He also discussed certain factors that might facilitate success.
