Ryan Hiss Speaks at Chicago Bar Association Seminar

Earlier this week Ryan Hiss spoke at the Chicago Bar Association Mechanics Lien and Construction Claims Seminar – Chicago. This seminar educates construction lawyers on mechanics liens and construction claims on both private and public projects and provides strategies in prosecuting and defending against such claims.  Ryan presented on the right of contractors to assert mechanics liens and payment bond claims on public projects. His discussion included the nuts and bolts of preparing and proving up such claims, as well as defeating the various challenges that arise in the enforcement of such claims.
